Meet Kaitlin CLC | Lactation Consultant

Welcome to Nourished Newborns—a space created from both personal experience and a deep passion for supporting new families. My own breastfeeding journey with my first child was far more challenging than I ever expected. Navigating latch issues, supply worries, and the emotional weight of those early days opened my eyes to how much support parents truly need. That experience became the beginning of my calling.

As a mother of three, each of my babies taught me something new about feeding, bonding, and resilience. Those lessons shaped my desire to help others feel informed, empowered, and never alone in their breastfeeding or chestfeeding journey.

My work began overseas, supporting U.S. Army families in Germany, where I built a community where parents could safely ask questions and receive compassionate, evidence‑based guidance. Today, I’m honored to serve families throughout Westminster and Carroll County, Maryland—continuing the same mission of connection, education, and gentle encouragement.

When I’m not providing lactation support, I’m followed by my three adorable shadows while working part‑time as a dental hygienist and spending the rest of the week as a stay‑at‑home mom. Balancing these roles has strengthened my belief that every parent deserves care that meets them exactly where they are.
