Kaitlin was absolutely wonderful!!! She was extremely thorough and encouraging at the beginning of my feeding journey with my son. He was born four weeks premature and had difficulty latching and she was extremely knowledgeable in that regard. She had more information to give me than the hospital lactation consultant. We ultimately never met our goal of exclusively breastfeeding, but she never made me feel bad about it and was always supportive. She definitely has a heart for this, and it shows in the care she gives. 10/10. Would recommend.
