Welcome to Nourished Newborns. I am dedicated to giving you the very best updated information about breastfeeding/chestfeeding with a focus on support and issues that can arise with breastfeeding/ chestfeeding.

My passion for helping new parents navigate breastfeeding lead me to start a community where mothers can safely ask questions and receive the support they and their babies need. I began serving US army families in Germany and now I serve customers all over Westminster and Carroll County, Maryland. I am thrilled to share my passion with you.

Followed by my two adorable shadows, I work twice a week as a dental hygienist and provide resources for breastfeeding parents while being a stay at home mom the rest of the week. After a hard breastfeeding journey with my first child, I realized how much support parents need when navigating a newborn and breastfeeding. Today I can assist with many concerns and help you and your baby become happy and healthy during your breastfeeding experience.
